. . . on the penultimate trump South threw a club, dummy a heart and North diamondJ - the only card she could bring herself to part with. This had the fatal effect of transferring sole diamond control to her partner and the last trump executed a double squeeze.

The slam is about 60% I suppose - not a bad proposition at Pairs. There was apparently another squeeze during the evening - East-West squeezed in as the last qualifying pair.
