This seems clear cut. You should pass - your leap to 4spade has done its work. If West makes 5heart then you will probably not surrender any more match points than those defending 4heart, but if ten tricks in hearts are the limit on the hand then you will have already booked yourself a good score. On the other hand if twelve tricks are possible, not entirely out of the question, by bidding 5spade you will have given East-West an extra slam opportunity. The most likely result of bidding 5spade is that you'll be 200 worse off than the other North-South pairs.
