In one room declarer won heartA and cashed three top trumps. Three rounds of diamonds followed, on which North ditched his heart. East ruffed diamondQ and tried to cash a heart, but declarer ruffed and cashed his trumps to squeeze West in spades and diamonds for the twelfth trick. East should have foreseen the danger - he knew that North was almost certainly 4-2-2-5 and that a spade switch would have broken up the squeeze.
