It never ceases to amaze me that many average players do not appreciate the potential of ducking a trick, and that is exactly what declarer should do on this deal. West will not have seven hearts or he would have overtaken the queen, and when East continues the suit you can win in hand and lead spadeQ for a finesse. With the king happily placed you can now draw trumps and run diamondJ to East who is now end-played. Whatever he does will reduce North's minor suit losers to two.
