Yes, I can hear you saying 4spade, but you have been pre-warned by the blurb on the first page. What would you have really bid at the table. The South who faced this revolting problem actually chose 2heart, and his partner could not have passed quickly enough.

West led a spade and declarer played a diamond to the ten and queen. West switched to a trump, so South won in hand and played diamond4 to the jack while West ducked! The good news for South finished there because East ruffed the next diamond and continued trumps. With no legitimate way of getting the spades going South could only muster six tricks for - 100.
