. . . well, actually, I didn't lead because declarer ruffed spadeA, drew trumps and discarded both his club losers on spadeK and diamondJ after the marked ruffing finesse. 11 tricks. Oops!

In the other room, South led a low diamond at trick 3, but went in with spadeA when declarer followed the line shown above (note the good psychological play of drawing only two trumps, to make it look as if partner may have a trump trick and he's trying to steal away your spade trick) so only 1 IMP out. Phew!!

Tough defence to get right.
