It was difficult to decide whether to give you the East or West hand to bid, although in truth it's not a great problem. An old style "Intermediate" jump overcall of 3heart over South's opening 1spade would certainly get the job done, but even playing these West might well decide that 2heart is OK for the moment. At this vulnerability East will know that West will have a respectable hand and should therefore make a single raise to 3heart or, if East is playing with a regular partner, he might prefer an unassuming cue-bid of 2spade. In any case West will not be stopping short of game with that lot.
