Why do I think this hand might been contrived by one of the English teaching gurus? Because surely North would end up playing 4 after a transfer sequence, and ironically this can always be beaten by a small diamond lead from East. Even if North gets the diamonds right East will be able to underlead his ace next time for the obvious heart switch.
