Win diamondA at trick one and cash four clubs throwing a diamond from dummy. After a necessary and successful heart finesse, three spade winners (no sight of spadeJ) reduces everyone to four cards. In the diagram, if East has retained three diamonds, heartA is cashed and dummy exits with diamond10 to endplay East. If East has retained two hearts and diamondQJ, a diamond is conceded and dummy has the rest.

Either way it's a nice end-play. Take your choice.
