The predictable heart lead has made life awkward, but you still have two possible lines available - a) establish clubs and b) a cross-ruff. The way to combine most of the chances is to ruff a heart and cash clubA. If that stands up and the queen has not appeared, ruff another club and pray. If they are 3-3 and the spades are 3-2 you can cash spadeAK and ditch one heart from dummy on clubJ before they ruff in. Although they can cash a heart, you still retain diamondA as a vital entry to the remaining clubs.

On the actual layout however ten tricks are still available when clubA is ruffed. Simply swap to the cross-ruff line! North's highly accommodating spade pips can do nothing to prevent the clubs ruffs so West makes eight trumps separately to go with clubK and diamondA. +620
