When the hand occurred originally, West bid 2diamond! I cannot imagine any modern West bothering with that - it's either pass or pre-empt with 3diamond or even 4diamond. North passes and East leaps to 5diamond, doubled by South. North leads heart2 and South wins heartAK and follows with spadeAK.
