There appear to be two lines. Ruff both spades in dummy or take a spade finesse and ruff the other. Which is better? I suspect the former would win the percentage race, but I'm sure that it would be correct to win the first trick in dummy and lead a low heart whichever is selected. Look at East's dilemma - how does he know if it's right to flash in with heartA or not!

Assume he guesses correctly and plays low. Cash spadeK and spadeA, ruff a spade low, ruff a heart, ruff a spade with clubK and another heart ruff allows you to draw trumps. Note that if West leads a trump initially, then you'd be forced into the spade finesse line. The actual N/S scores? .....
