Well he wins spadeK and plays four rounds of diamonds throwing all his clubs. West wins but cannot get his spade ruff ..... UNLESS he is also an expert, when he leads the last diamond, East ruffs high and returns a spade for one off!!

Of course, there is always the celestial declarer. She sees all this, wins spadeA and cashes three diamonds throwing spades from hand! On the trump switch West wins, and if he puts East in by ruffing a diamond with heartA South must ruff the spade return high. After another round of trumps all that remains is for South to guess the clubs.

For a celestial declarer that's no problem.
