If you believe West's clubJ he must be short of clubs but presumably he must have six diamonds (!) or surely East would have raised his partner's suit. All in all it is very difficult to take a second round trump finesse, but that is what you must do. After drawing West's last trump you play clubA and follow with a ruffing finesse against East's queen. After ruffing your last diamond you cash dummy's two winning clubs and live happily ever after.
