There is something to be said for jumping to 4 but it in no way stresses the quality of the minor suits and who knows, as happened here (See next Wednesday), you may get the chance to show that heart support. Personally, I'm not so sure that 4 can be construed as heart support after 4, which is why I mark time with 3, but 4 certainly sends the message of two strong minors .
