From declarer's pause before playing at trick one I knew that he must have the ace, but that ducking ruled out him holding spadeA105 or spadeA1085 because he'd be sacrificing his minor tenace position. If he only had two spades then he'd not be short of diamonds and partner's diamond6 looked like second highest from a poor suit. A diamond contunation was therefore ruled out. A heart switch seemed too unilateral and it seemed to me that partner was prepared for a further spade continuation. I led spade4 to partner's eight and declarer's ace.

East now puts heart2 on the table. How do you defend?
