You will need to build an extra winner because of the diamond blockage, and hearts will be the right place to look because that will also give you an entry to the fifth diamond. You cannot afford to give up an early trick to West, who could kill you with a club switch, so the best line is to cross to dummy's diamondK and lead a low heart intending to cover West's card. East wins heartJ and continues with a spade. You win spadeA and cash diamondA, but when West shows out you continue undaunted with another. Say East wins and switches to clubK, which you duck. East cannot now prevent you reaching dummy with a heart to cash the last diamond winner.
