The spade10 lead tends to suggest that the spades are 7-2 so you hope to keep West off lead, but you are going to need some further assistance from the East-West distributions on this board. If the diamonds are 3-1 and West has two sure red suit entries 3NT will have no play - so you can forget about that. You must ensure that you make the most of a friendlier lay of the cards, and of course you will have noticed that the diamonds are blocked.
