It's not very nice, is it? Your next bid is going to lie whatever you say. Personally, at this form of scoring I would bid 2club, but I expect there would be bidding panel votes for 2NT, 3spade and possibly even 3diamond by "accidentally" putting a small heart in with the diamonds!

It is interesting to note that, despite the tenuous heart holding, 3NT is almost as good a game as 5diamond. You have eight top tricks on a heart lead in 3NT and chances of a three-three break in both back suits. If neither of those come off then there is the diamond finesse. That's all hypothetical, for you have to make 5diamond after the lead of ace and another heart. Over to you.
