It is interesting to note that, despite the tenuous heart holding, 3NT is almost as good a game as 5. You have eight top tricks on a heart lead in 3NT and chances of a three-three break in both back suits. If neither of those come off then there is the diamond finesse. That's all hypothetical, for you have to make 5
after the lead of ace and another heart. Over to you.
