Did you flash in with heartA and play ace and another spade? If so declarer rapidly wraps up eleven tricks. In fact if you flashed in with heartA that is the end of the defence as long as declarer is awake. Suppose that you exit with a diamond. Knowing that because of the bidding you are not going to have any more clubs he overtakes diamondQ and cashes a couple of hearts and diamondK. When that happily passes off without incident he can cross ruff for eleven tricks, although he will need to make a good decision about East's trumps, or lack of them, when considering ruffing in hand.

So, you will need to play low on the small heart at trick two .
