It's a moot point what the actual best line is. After cashing the diamondA and seeing the queen drop you might be tempted to ruff out the spades and play three rounds of hearts paving the way for an elimination. Say East wins and returns a club so you win in dummy and take a trump finesse against diamondJ. If the finesse loses West is end-played.

Alternatively, you might simply play a club to the jack in the normal way. If the club finesse loses then you give up your trump loser and eventually run the clubs hoping for a 3-3 break or heart-club squeeze. How many lessons before I can introduce that simple concept?!!
