In 6spade probably the best line is to ruff the opening heart lead, take one round of trumps with spadeA, cross to dummy with diamondA and take the club finesse. This gives the best chance of making the contract if the club finesse fails, for you will still be able to retain one late entry to the established clubs - whatever West returns.

The slightly modified layout shown would require this careful line to bring home the slam.
