The favourite line would be to win in hand and lead heart5. Whether you play the ten or king will depend on how good you think West is - because you have virtually advertised a singleton weak players will always play the ace. The same cannot be said of good players - it's all a question of bluff and double bluff. Don't forget you can see all four hands so you know it's right to play heart10!

Let's say West is good but you are unlucky when the king loses to East's ace. Declarer wins the club switch with clubA, crosses to diamondA to find the diamonds not breaking and ruffs a heart high. As the trumps are not 2-2 the hearts will have to be brought in with one more ruff, so declarer leads another trump to dummy to take the ruffing finesse in hearts... why?
