~ Help!

At the tables in the second team match, such sophistication as RKCB had been rejected out of hand in favour in Acol, Stayman, straight Blackwood - the "Missionary" system. This time there was no mistake as 4NT meant exactly what Easley had always intended. 5heart showed two aces and there the matter rested. 12 IMPs to the 2 star masters (They've just been promoted as a result of stuffing the internationals).

Oh incidentally, if you had decided to pass 5spade, there might have been a chance of a really good story. Thinking that you are sane and that 5spade could be a sensible contract, West might lead clubA to have a look at dummy. After that lead it will require East to win the spadeA and lead heart6 to give West a ruff - quite possible when East sees dummy's heart length.
