If West ruffs now he is end-played as before to yield an extra red suit winner and another vital entry to dummy for the last club finesse. If he defers ruffing in, South continues clubs from the top and the result is the same.

The original author skewed the E-W hands and lead to justify the original bidding. I have accepted the lead, but skewed the play, to justify the superior modern bidding to what is a quite reasonable slam!
