North-South reached 3NT and West led heartJ to Callaghan's king and declarer's ace. Two round of diamonds followed, Callaghan winning the second, on which West showed an original three card holding. From the bidding, Callaghan could tell that declarer had two diamonds and, at most, three hearts. It was almost certain, therefore, that declarer had at least four clubs. In that case, it would be of no use biffing out the clubs from the top as South would have a stopper. So ....
