The is a horrible decision. Partner has played two cards only, so you only have those and the bidding to guide you. At this vulnerability partner should have a more than a goodish seven card suit, so where will he have other values? The alternative play by East of clubK followed by clubQ would surely show some sort of spade holding, and as a diamond discard looks out of the question, you should trust partner and throw hearts - even if it is declarer's suit.
