Using Cohen's actual words: Suddenly I realised I had had a blind spot. After coming to hand with the heartK, it would cost nothing to play off the queen before taking the diamond finesse. When the jack appears there will be no need to hang on to two diamonds in the endgame. Cohen gave the hand to several other 'top guns' at TGR's and none of them got this one right. An innocuous looking hand - yet so difficult.
