Ideally you'd like to play in 7diamond if partner has clubAK. In that case, the best bid seems clear - the grand slam force of 5NT, asking partner to bid seven with two of the top three honours in the agreed trump suit - obviously clubs in this case. If partner cooperates, you can then rediscover your diamond suit at the seven level, allowing partner to convert to 7NT if he holds both major suit Aces - all very hypothetical.
