This is one of those hands when you say 'Oh yeah, easy really.' South must attempt to reach dummy twice in clubs, not by leading low, when West will block the suit by playing the King, but by playing the Queen. What's West to do? If he plays low, he sacrifices his club trick. If he wins with the King, declarer can lead low to dummy's Jack for one entry, and ruff the Ace for the second. Either way South will gain two entries to dummy for finesses against East's trumps, fulfilling his contract.
. . . and yes, 3NT by East is totally unbeatable playing double dummy.
