Say that you insert the ten and this loses to the jack. West continues with a low heart and now you have her. After winning in hand and unblocking the diamonds (thanking diamondK for dropping) you can lead a low club. West can rise and continue hearts but you are a tempo ahead. After cashing the diamonds you can throw spades from hand and exit with clubQ, making spadeA and clubJ at the end.
