It's simply a matter of not winning the opening lead. If club9 appears from South you can throw clubJ under the king to allow you win the next club in dummy and take the heart finesse - although that is unnecessary because heartQ drops anyway. After drawing all the trumps you can then run the clubs and pitch two diamonds. Finally, a spade trick can be established with impunity. In all you will take four clubs, five trumps and a spade.
