You can tell from the bidding that East has the bulk of the points, and if he has all the missing high cards then you can gain if he also has a singleton trump. At trick two you lead a spade and West wins with spade10 to switch to a low heart as expected. After taking this you will now exit with the queen of spades forcing East to win. East has no trump to play and both high diamond honours so you can win the second round of diamonds and ruff a spade in dummy. Ironically clubK is now surplus to requirements and you score 420.
