All that is required is to ensure that
a) the lead is in dummy after two rounds of trumps
b) you have retained the king (or ace) of trumps in dummy.
When North shows out on the second trump then declarer simply runs the diamonds through South. When South ruffs declarer over-ruffs, draws the remaining trump with spadeK and continues with the remaining diamonds. Declarer makes five trumps, four diamonds and clubA.
