So you are thinking along scissors coup lines .. win the diamond switch in hand and lead a heart to ace. Then play spadeA, spadeK, spadeJ with the intention of throwing your remaining club on it. If South has spadeQ then he will be left on lead and there will be no defensive ruff.

Well this is one of those hands where the operation was a not a complete success but the patient made a miraculous recovery anyway!
