~ good hand with heart values

Some Wests bid 3NT to bring the bidding to a rapid conclusion. Several other Wests bid a forcing 3club but understandably gave up after their partner signed off in 3NT. The few Wests who had a chance to shine sat opposite partners who appreciated that their 14 count with good controls represented a good hand. At one table East bid 3heart and this encouraged West to cue-bid 4diamond. When East continued with 4spade West leapt to a slam that was a very good shot - cold on a non-spade lead and with several other chances too.

How would you play on the lead of spadeJ?
