Declarer drew one more round of trumps and exited with a low spade to South's ace. South tried to look innocent by playing diamond10 and declarer had to guess whether to go up with the jack or play for North to hold diamondK. Having already placed North with spadeKQ and diamondQ it was an easy decision and West scrambled home with +600.
