It seems that the most attractive line is to win the trump in hand, cash spadeA, and lead a low diamond to the queen. If that loses to the king then the defence must return a trump to dummy's jack - otherwise declarer can ruff a diamond in dummy. South cashes dummy's spadeK pitching a heart, ruffs a spade high and one of several good things might happen. spadeQ might have appeared but if not then you run off the clubs ..
