. . . if you choose to exit with a low heart it removes the chance of a second end-play. Even if declarer drops your heartK then he'll still have three black suit losers, and if he let's you win the second round with heartK then you will be end-played but only to concede a ninth trick, not a tenth.

The big mistake would be to exit with heartK at trick six. Declarer will win, cross to dummy with a trump and lead a spade to the nine. Now you really will be end-played for a second time and ten tricks will roll in. Meanwhile, any thoughts on declarer's line ..?
