Imagine 6heart on a diamond lead to West's queen. Cash heartAQ and if the trumps break three-two then the contract is absolutely 100% by simply dawing the last trump and exiting with diamond10. Five trumps, two diamonds, two clubs and three spades make twelve tricks. If the trumps are 4-1 then after heartAQ you switch to spades. As long as the spades are three-two then you can pitch diamond10 on the spades and run them until a defender ruffs. You win the return and cross to dummy with heartK, drawing the last trump in the process. Twelve tricks again.
