Whatever declarer does you have the answer. She is very likely to repeat the heart finesse, so now you can win and return a heart, forcing dummy to ruff high. Declarer is held to ten tricks.

Incidentally, what did you think of the contract? Good, but maybe South should bid 4heart instead of 5club. Ten tricks in hearts are straightforward.
