East was wrong to duck the first club, but declarer has to get the timing just right to bring home the slam. You throw a spade on clubQ, continue with clubJ covered and ruffed, draw the last trump and ruff a diamond. You exit with your last club and throw a diamond to end-play East. If East turns out to have five clubs then you'll have to ruff the club return and take the spade finesse. Note that the unkind breaks in the red suits prevent the ruffing of both declarer's diamond losers, so the end-play is a must.
