You should encourage partner's hearts by showing a doubleton. Partner continues with king and another heart and, sure enough, declarer decides to believe your signal and ruffs the third heart high. A little while later you will take your diamondA and partner's spade10 is the setting trick - but only because of your improvisation and foresight.
