At the table South doubled to end the auction - more of that later. Surely South is justified in bidding 6club with his ideal hand, and indeed many pairs did reach the excellent 6club to rack up 1370.

At one table East sacrificed in 6spade, but South was not to be denied and bid a greedy 6NT. How would you have played on the lead of spade2?
