~ Stayman

South played in 3NT after a Stayman sequence. After seeing West's spade4 on the table declarer must have been hopeful of good things happening, but the singleton spade in dummy must have been a sobering sight. Anyway East played the king and South won with the ace, but as East-West were playing 2nd highest leads from poor suits you can judge that spadeJ will be on your left.

Just how do you play 3NT?
