The diamond suit looks ominous, so perhaps you should win and fire back a club, playing for declarer to hold something like spadeAKxxxx heartKx diamondQxx clubAx. In that case if you do not switch to a club declarer will be able to draw two rounds of trumps, cash heartK, cross to a diamond honour, ruff dummy's last heart and play on diamonds. Partner will be fixed.
