~ weak with clubs

Lucas two's are becoming a highly popular convention on the tournament scene these days. They combine a pre-emptive bid with the knowledge to partner that there might be another fit available. However like all defensive openers they give partner a headache when he is very strong. Having heard a 2spade opener opposite (5-9 points with five spades and at least four cards in a minor) you enquire with 2NT only to find that partner is minimum (5-7) with clubs. What game are you going to bid? If you bid 4spade you guarantee playing in a 5-2 fit but by settling on 3NT, the blocked spade position will mean that it is unlikely that you will able to run that suit. 5club could well have three top losers.

Your decision?
