It's obvious once you think of it - just bid 7diamond! If the opponents double you will retreat to 7heart and that will not be expensive. If East bids 7spade after all then you will double and partner should have no problem finding the killer lead because of your 7diamond signpost. For once East was not underbidding - what a hand!

At the other table East ended in 7spade and that was cast iron for thirteen tricks.
