On the not unreasonable assumption that West has clubQ to go with the his opening lead of the king, 7heart is absolutely stone cold. South wins and cashes all his trumps throwing two low clubs and three low spades from dummy. After diamondA and a diamond to the queen the diamond position is clear. If they break then all is well, but if East has started with diamondJxxx(x) then a finesse of diamond10 is available. If West has started with four (or five) then by cashing spadeA he will be squeezed. The only way for 7heart to be beaten is for East to ruff the opening lead ... and that's not allowed!
