There are less reliable generalities than leading fourth highest of longest and strongest against No Trumps, and East led club4 to dummy's six, his partner's ten and declarer's ace. A spade to dummy's king was won by West who led club2 to the seven and king. Dummy won a third round of clubs as West contributed club3 and declarer diamond4. Declarer now cashed three rounds of spades with the queen, jack and nine as West followed with the four, five and eight. On the third spade heart2 was pitched from dummy.
